I wonder what the logic is? Pahanha numbers resolve as Telecom North America Mobile Inc. Not some dodgy Crown Dependency like Manx Telecom or Jersey Telecom.

yep, 07418 (I suspect 07481 was a typo!) Truphone also uses UK numbers, but some networks penalize these operators, I ran into that. it's probably illegal price discrimination.
