I ordered one two weeks ago and haven't received it. What is it running? I just checked their inbound rates while roaming and the free has disappeared. $1.84 inbound in Canada.

I'm sorry, could you rephrase the question?

For international use one would probably really need to use it in the countries
that it does have good rates. On the other hand, it never hurts to have an
extra SIM to use when others fail. Of course, if they all fail your're hosed.
