![]() I wouldn't place big bets on that lasting forever. The number of countries where the associated brand Toggle has free incoming calls has dropped from over 140 to about 60 to just over 20, with some more with zero per minute plus a connection fee

![]() Yes, that seems to be the matter for Lycamobile US. I was mainly stating that 3GSM-nets very seldom charge for incomming calls, but some international prepaids differ in that sense.
