Yes, please, please, please if anybody can pay them a visit (maybe social engineer some info from the concierge/receptionist/etc) or even do some detective work over the phone (I don't know the language...) that would be certainly appreciated. Not in any practical terms as it wouldn't make any difference but at least we'll get a good story out of it.
