What don't you understand about "all calls"

On Jan 11, 2009 the US weekly "Newsweek" ran an COVER article

Pressroom : COVER RELEASE: WHAT WOULD DICK DO?

about torture in which they write:

"Dealing with the issue of torture will also be complicated."

I wrote to them in part citing the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 5:

"Article 5. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."

I asked what could be complicated about the words "No one"?

Revolting and disgusting!

I DO see the comment, but if I make a request for information about say GERMANY to FRANCE call rates, the table comes up and it says that the .19 if OUTGOING calls only.

Here is a snapshot of that type of content.

That is indeed misleading. Would be helpful to notify them to let their webmaster make some changes.

Yes, I saw that, too. Caveat emptor.

PERSONALLY, I believe honesty IS the best policy. I would HOPE the error of omission was just an oversight rather than intentionally misleading information. At the latest when the customer checks his/her transaction history online or makes a balance request, he/she will discover the "error".
