Q: Can I make data connections?

What does "local operator" mean and what are the rates for data roaming?

And another one:
Don't you think that it would be useful to enable auto-recharging e.g. when the balance drops below $10 or to enable recharging directly from the phone (activated via USSD, SMS, DTMF). Now there's a risk of running out of credit on the end of the world where there's no access to internet (and, what follows, to the Yackie website
