First of all, Stan didn't mention the announcement is about wholesale rates (as it was stated in Polish versions of the announcement, "Gro?handel" on the Teltarif website is about it, I guess) , and probably excluding VAT.
Continuing, what rates are really under consideration? Incoming, outgoing to the roaming country, outgoing to the home country, outgoing to third country, outgoing tolandlines or mobiles? What about prepaid roaming, especially callback based, which requires connecting via home country? How about debiting and setup fees? I think that there are many possible questions to be asked and no answers yet :unsure:

And why no :voda: and O2 in this agreement :P ?
