) introduced by RangeRoamer: the same company provides both direct calls to the "real" SIM number (with free/cheao incoming calls) and forwarding via free or low lost local number (and the Called Party Pays). I'm just sorry that they can't offer "Calling Party Pays" direct calls to "real" Israeli numbers which their SIMs have...
