After an hours contacted their CS. Turns out that about 2 hours or so later it was working - before I got a response. It worked fine after that and always logged on right away when ever I turned on the phone. To save themselves CS time - they should warn people it might take up to 3 hours, in some countries, to log on for the first time. Their rates in most countries are VERY competitive. A/o Oct 20, 2013 no need for intl prepaid as T-Mobile U.S. includes voice roaming at 20¢/min (in and out)., unlimited text (in and out), and unlimited data in 140+ countries. My Plan -[6 lines] U.S. T-Mobile unlimited minutes (incoming and outgoing), unlimited text, fast data on each line. that $145/mo. total! . (In U.S. no surcharge for calling a cell.) If a line exceeds 2G of data in a month, pay $10 more for that line. [That only happens a couple times/year. |

Piranha has been tweaking their website the last few days. If you find the edit area 'Voice' means voice mail. The blue 'edit' button makes the changes you choose happen. And the new red warning at the bottom:

I rechose the AT&T profile, logged out and back in and rechose the T-Mobile profile. This time I am recording the time I chose and when it sticks. |

10am Saturday still AT&T. 130pm still AT&T. I left phone on as it was not finding any network. I looked at 245pm Saturday and it was finally T-Mobile. Sometimes it can really, really take a long, long time to switch networks. Suggestion: get two SIMs if you need data and voice/SMS. |
