The first time I used it was in China in April. I thought something was wrong with my setup.
After an hours contacted their CS. Turns out that about 2 hours or so later it was working - before I got a response. It worked fine after that and always logged on right away when ever I turned on the phone. To save themselves CS time - they should warn people it might take up to 3 hours, in some countries, to log on for the first time. Their rates in most countries are VERY competitive.

Piranha has been tweaking their website the last few days. If you find the edit area 'Voice' means voice mail. The blue 'edit' button makes the changes you choose happen. And the new red warning at the bottom:

Please NOTE if you are going to change your Roaming Profile it can take up to several hours to propagate across.

After over 24 hours of a change back to T-Mobile with no success,
I rechose the AT&T profile, logged out and back in and rechose the T-Mobile profile.
This time I am recording the time I chose and when it sticks.

10am Thursday after no change for 24 hours I switched back to the AT&T profile, logged out and switched back to the T-Mobile one. I left the phone off. Every couple of hours I would turn the phone on and it was still AT&T
10am Saturday still AT&T.
130pm still AT&T. I left phone on as it was not finding any network. I looked at 245pm Saturday and it was finally T-Mobile.
Sometimes it can really, really take a long, long time to switch networks.

Suggestion: get two SIMs if you need data and voice/SMS.
