Their coverage map also duplicates Sprint's native coverage map.

My read of this is that they are trying to be cagey and not telling you what they're about. They have unlimited international roaming but they don't support use outside the US. Seems fishy to me. It sounds like a rework of Republic, where you can use your Republic handset anywhere in the world as long as you have a high speed WiFi connection.
