What was not made clear to you was that the balance expired after 'X' number of months--whether you used it or not. I have not time to look it up now.

------

I am afraid not, the overall service is poor and not fit for purpose at all, I Couldn't care less if the credit expires or not, the point is their simcard did not work at all and their customer service is so poor...

These guys are either not trained or don't give a damn about customer care and those who use their dodgy network...

Regards

Except for Corporate Accounts where there is no expiration, the balance expires 10 months from your last recharge. The balance will continue to rollover as long as you recharge once every 10 months and we send out notifications when the expiration period is approaching. In this customer's case, they received a free $10 balance on their free SIM card and never used it so it simply expired 10 months later.
