![]() Hi All,
Recently one of my OneSimCard PEN numbers was changed by the OneSimCard staff without my consent and wish! I don't think it's normal. May be I am wrong. Could anybody please share their similar stories? I am using OneSimCard services for business purposes and I placed one of my PEN numbers online on my website and then within some time I received an "apology" letter notifying me about my PEN number change! Here is the text: Re: Ticket xxxxx, Responded Dear Vitaliy A new message has been added to the service request #43219. Hello Vitaliy, We truly apologize, but we updated your Israeli PEN to a new number that you can now access in your account: xxxxxxxxxxxxx. We apologize, however your old Israeli PEN will no longer be active. Thank you, OneSimCard Support |

![]() You'll probably be better off contacting them directly for an explanation.
I have used them in The past, and in my opinion, compared to a lot of similar companies that just cancel your sim card and disappear with your credit without an explanation, they seem to be quite stable. Quote:

![]() Thanks Bossman -- our company (Belmont Telecom, Inc.) has been in business since 1994. We are privately held, profitable and growing rapidly. We have watched many other companies over the years appear and then disappear just as quickly leaving their customers on the hook.
