Anyone know anything about Keep Talking in Europe

I recommend the French KTE SIMs to friends who are regular visitors to France. One is a Brit who spends much of July/August there, plus a couple of Paris runs per year. The other couple is a French/American couple living in New York who cross the pound two or three times a year. In both cases, it is easier than buying a prepaid each time and they keep the same number. The per minute rates matchup with most French prepaids which is not a complement. Coupled with a callback service (and the occasional direct dialing when the calls don't go through or you are in a hurry) and they do ok on the service.

France is a difficult country for me because I cannot come up with great solutions. They may be part of the EU, but I actually do better with Dubai (which is openly protectionist) than I do with France which pretends to be open.
