UM+ 44 Numbers Can't Be Reached from North America

I've had problems today with Future-Nine connecting to my UM Jersey SIM today.

As much as I'm pissed with united mobile, I have to say that within USA and Canada, most of the time, calling the UM+ numbers in the +44 country code, worked. Caribbeans didn't always work though (last time I checked, there were part of North America

).
