UM have had a number of their access numbers blocked by carriers as the original network in Lichtenstein had also used the same number ranges for premium type content such as chat services etc and the networks are refusing to pay the outpayment to them for this content which shouldnt really be placed on a mobile number, but often is in order to gain a high inbound call revenue without using premium numbers which are often blocked or questions by the end bill payers....

We get asked about 10 times a week to run this type of service on our +4477000 number range as this has a very high polo.

I am still able to call my United Mobile ICQ SIM +423 number using a 7-11 (Canadian) prepaid calling card. However, the rate is $0.56 CDN per minute.
