I have that problem everywhere, it doesn't depend on the network but on the phone and on the sim-card. Friends have the same phone and don't have that problem. I'm talking about UM+, with +423 and ICQsim there are no problems.

I think this may depend on the network, too, I suppose. When I received my UM+ SIM and tested in Polish networks last summer, then with both the SAME SIM AND PHONE, I had stable callbacks in Orange and Plus but no callbacks in Era with direct dialing and menu-based dialing. However, the *137* USSD code worked
