Some of their prices are excellent, although maybe not updated on the public rate sheet - they're showing 7.3c/min US for premium Mexico mobile, same as landline, on http://www.voicetrading.com/rates_prm.php

But the EUR 500 minimum prepayment (they're wholesale only) does rule them out!
