Especially because most of them are billed in US$ .

BTW, the 1 EUR limit for enabling incoming calls has already been mentioned on this forum as an undocumented feature of UM

Are Yackiemobile sending new Yackie Sim cards?
If yes , why on their website I still see:

Received the new sim-card -- and sent it back to them already (see the posts before)
