I don't understand what you want, a few mesages higher, you write that VOIP is not a problem.
Do you mean you are not looking for a VOIP solution; or that a VOIP solution is not a problem, and that VOIP carriers are welcome?

Do you need to call Belgium on a regular basis, or is it just for a short period?
