Best way to call Belguim mobiles
 

Would you be so kind to give me some ideas how reach mobile phones in Belgium from abroad. Curently best I have is about 15 eurocents. Thanks in the advance.

What does "abroad" mean? What is or are the origin countries where you are "abroad"?

I take it you are willing to use a landline calling card only or is SKYPE or equivalant a possible solution?

Yep VIOP or Land line is not a problem. Based in Prague, Czech Republic.

I think that rate is going to be very hard to beat. I have not seen many rates from US to EU mobiles for under $0.20. GENERALLY, I find US rates to be bit lower than European rates. I have compared some German calling cards (Hagenuk and others) to what I use in US.

Any good local Czech Rep calling cards?

Not really good calling cards here. These rates are for VOIP calls.

I don't understand what you want, a few mesages higher, you write that VOIP is not a problem.
Do you mean you are not looking for a VOIP solution; or that a VOIP solution is not a problem, and that VOIP carriers are welcome?

Do you need to call Belgium on a regular basis, or is it just for a short period?
