It depends how much time you'll have before you get on the train to Minsk . However, there should be no problem as there's an EMPIK store in the Złote Tarasy shopping mall (the building with the fancy glass roof opposite the north side of the Warszawa Centralna station).

The official start date is announced - 16th March. The press conference will start at 11:00 CET. Initially, SIMs will be available from all the Media Markt and Saturn electronic stores as well as 17 EMPIK bookstores in the largest cities.
