On my O2 UK online billing, I can see after the event which network the phone was registered on when a roaming call was made or received, so it surprising that you suggest that Manx (which is owned by O2) cannot do this, or that you have some control over it.

Roaming call charges have been high in USA and India for years and for all networks, whichever network the phone was roaming on. Is it likely that better information about the roamed network or state would have any significant overall influence on tariffs? And are some of these amongst those you are suggesting have been sending back false data to make more money? Surely the tariff is advertised and the call times will be correct?
