As for the SIM(s) lifetime policy, yes, that relates to all of the customers, existing and future ones. We do not mind how many SIM cards are in the account, we only look at the actual Euro 25/50/100 top up and extend lifetime for all SIM cards accordingly. You cannot just get a free SIM, you need to follow the replacement policy. Once you order the SIMs, we can integrate them into one account and transfer the amount to your existing one. Cheers ![]() |
