Can't reach UM, can't reach my UM UK number, no reply to e-mail

Today, I tried calling my UM 423 number to see what would happen. My balance is 72cents and I have already mailed the SIM to someone.

Anyway, I call [using an address entry, I did not make a mistake dialing.] and get some music and then it becomes clear it is a phone sex line.

Fortunately, I did not give the number out to anyone!
