UM no service????
I'm travelling right now in Italy, there's no service with UM, what hapenned? anyone knows?
I'm pretty sure my simcard is still active with 20 over euro left. very dissapointing.

is fishtext only available for europe? I tried but it didn't work, it didn;t even send sms to my mobile no, which is in canada.

UM in Indonesia
UM not working in Indonesia, only partially at the airport in Jakarta, look like callback service, I made a call, then there's this message on my phone said thanks for using UM but no incoming call...

Need help with UM+ sim blocked
I haven't used my sim for a while so today tried to send sms using my UM+ simcard, when i put in (I guess) wrong PIN # 3 times, my sim was blocked, now what can I do to unblock it, I wish it doesn't...

UM+ balance transfer

How did you do balance transfer, there's no link to balance transfer on their website, only the do not transfer link. I tried both old and new number. can u let me khow? thanks

Hi, anyone knows what hapenned to prefix +423 after upgrade? does it mean my phone # now is +44 663 xxxxxx or still +423 663 xxxxxx? thanks for any info.
