UM no service????

I'm travelling right now in Italy, there's no service with UM, what hapenned? anyone knows?
I'm pretty sure my simcard is still active with 20 over euro left. very dissapointing.

It's some months that UM service is totally dead... there's plenty of threads on this forum discussing about this subject.
