Effendi, I just learned about a new prepaid plan offered by TIM called the TIM 9-the detail are here:

TIMCard - TIM 9 Limited Edition | TIM

This seems like a good deal except that it has a €10 monthly fee, and I can't tell if this fee is a credit toward calls and SMS or is just a fee for the plan itself. Anyway, I thought I would post this to see if you or others were aware of it and had any more info. Ciao!

I confirm, there's no monthly fee. It seems to be the exact copy of the old Wind9...
