Best Data and Voice Sim for Europe

I hope you can help me, I'll be travelling around Europe (Spain and France) for a month and was wondering what the best Sim Card to get is. Can you help?

It really matters how long you will be in Spain and France. If you're going to be at least a week in either it's probably cheaper to get a SIM in each country and you'll get better rates for calls (and data if that's what you're using) than if you choose an "international" SIM. Usually a starter packet will give you a nominal amount of starter credit (€5 or 10) Also consider that many accounts roam (albeit not as cheap as in country) so if you control your calling roaming might be an alternative to getting a separate account in each country. I don't know if it's still the case, but Vodafone had a presence in Spain and also an affiliate in France as well (Bouyges?)
