![]() I just purchased a data card and a phone card for Wind. The data card is working well but the phone card appears to connect but when I dial the phone disconnects the call. I tried the sim card in my smart phone and it requests the PIN which I enter and the the confirmation code which I assume is the PUK code on the card but the number is not accepted. Any suggestions?

![]() First of all: there's no voice or data sim. All Wind sim cards are voice+data simcards.
A new card NEVER asks for the PUK or any comfirmation code. Just the PIN. Then it simply connects to the network (I Wind) and you can call/receive. I fear the phone you tried the sim could be locked...
