Recommendations for Croatia and Bosnia

Can anyone make any recommendations for SIMs and mobile data in Croatia and Bosnia? Ideally my wife and I could also call each other cheaply, but mobile data is very important, as is free incoming calls so we can use VoIP call back services if needed.

VIPNet for Croatia are looking pretty good. Any other suggestions for Bosnia?

Just wondering whether you have actually looked through the ppgsm pages on these countries?

Yep that's where I found VIPNet and have been in communication with them. I don't speak much of the language yet and my wife has little interest in data allowances and technical details, but I will need to get her to look through the pages for me.
