I saw another post that mentioned three global SIM sites that aren't part of the matrix on this site.
One of them is GoSim.com They also will swap a dead UM card for one of theirs. The roaming rates are not great, but data rates seem better than some. You can also get a US number paired to your +372.

Anyone tried them or know anything about them?

I may be wrong, but I do not think they give you a true dual SIM with two of your own numbers; one being a U.S. number. When they say you are "Supplied with a US number", I think it's just a U.S. toll free number that friends can call to reach you rather than calling you on your Estonia number. They charge an extra 35 cents if you are called on this toll free number. A number of SIM companies had this before the dual SIM's came out.

With your own U.S. number, you can use the phone even in the U.S. at reasonable rates and get text messages sent to the U.S. number.

You might want to confim this.

I am aware that it is not a true dual SIM. The 800 # is one option. The will also supply a dedicated US # that will, I guess, forward to your Estonia #. There is a $.19 per min charge for that. Given that my kids and their grandmother may have to call me abroad, I'd rather pay the extra money and make it easier on them. There is no way my mother-in-law is figuring out how to call Estonia!
So, no reasonable rates if call from the USA.
I looked into the Telestial dual SIM but the rates (from France at least) were not that attractive.
I was wondering about the service and call quality of GoSIM. With some of the 'big boys' going out of business I'm a little wary of everyone.

With the Ekit SIM and their U.S.number your family can call you for 19 cents a minute when you are in France. That's assuming they have a cell phone with a national plan that can call all over the U.S. for free. So if they call you, a 10 minute call is only (including a connection fee) $2.25. IE: 22.5 cents a minute.

Calls back to the U.S. from France are 49 cents with the Passport SIM. Calls back to the U.S. from France are 39 cents a minute with the Passport Plus.

Correct me if I am wrong, but their really are only two variants of the passport sim. The original and the one that has the dual IMSI US/Isle of Mann configuration.

All the european SIMs by ekit now are dual. In addition to the 2.5 SIMs mentioned, ekit has a Global Premium Service. If you choose ship to UK they also have:
Global Travel Service
Home & Roam Service.
These two have slightly different pricing/features that might be better suited to your particular travel SIM needs. These last two are available on eBay from ekitmobile [the UK seller {vs. the US seller ekitmobileusa}] The pricing on eBay for both sellers is the best I am aware of.

Have anyone tried the service? Because I want to try it myself but I want to know first if anyone is satisfied with their services.

Global Travel looks to be the old Global Premium with the US IMSI tacked on (aka Passport Lite).

Home & Roam can be attractive to some users, especially light UK voice users within that nation, plus it roams on more than one operator there (like other eKit SIMs), right?
