Telcel-Mexico text messaging relay number

I have used prepaid SIM cards/cellular modems to perform remote monitoring with industrial equipment via text message in the US/Canada, and would like to try it in Mexico.

To set my modem up, I need to enter the cellular provider "text messaging relay number", but cannot find it for Telcel or Movistar. It's usually found in your cell phone under settings/message settings/text message/service center. For example, ATT's number is +13123149810.

Does anybody knows the number for Telcel and Movistar?
