![]() I purchased Megafon SIM card, but of course, all the instructions are in Russian. I did get english instructions on how to use the SIM, but nothing on how to set up data. They supposedly have GPRS with 3G in Moscow and St Petersburg. Any Russian speakers here who can see if it is on their website?
