Help Activating Lebara SIM

Hi: I am still in the US, leaving for Amsterdam next week. I just put my Lebara SIM into my phoe, with the hope of activating it so I could top it up before I left. I got the Lebara network. I entered the pin code but that it as far as I got. I tried entering the 1244 to activate the headset. There was some noise but no further prompts. I tried calling Lebara customer service but all the prompts were in Dutch. Can someone help? Thanks,

Dial 1 2 4 4 and follow the menu. Should this not work then the foreign network has not yet been adapted and you dial * 1 2 3 * 1 2 4 4 # and then [OK].
