![]() Hello world.
Having visited Bulgaria, I found out that Globul is currently the cheapest prepaid provider for GPRS/3G data: With a prepaid SIM from Globul, which you can purchase just everywhere, you are currently charged 2,40 Leva (= € 1,23) per MB due to a promotion valid until August, 31st, 2007. After an initial charge for 100 KB sessions will be billed in 1 KB steps. Where available you're automatically admitted to Globul's HSDPA-enabled 3G network, which has been rolled out to the main cities and the tourist resorts on the Black Sea coast: ![]() However the settings given on Globul's website won't work with prepaid SIMs. Instead of "internet.globul.bg" you need to use just "globul" as APN and I'm not sure if you need to activate GPRS by requesting GPRS-settings through SMS (send "wap" to 100). regards, Inquisitor postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile VoIP: sipgate.de (German DID); sipgate.co.uk (British DID); ukddi.com (British DID); sipcall.ch (Swiss DID); megafon.bg (Bulgarian DID); InterVoip.com |
