![]() Hello all, I live in Canada and I visit Italy often, I have a italian SIM and phone with me that works here in Canada. I now have to add more money to the SIM card or else it will expire and I will lose it. Is their any way I can add money to the card online via credit card? The SIM card is with the company called WIND.
Thanks in advance. |

![]() I have a Wind prepaid card here in the UK. I used to be able to top it up online at mondowind.wind.it but recently this has refused to take foreign credit cards. There's a thread about it here:
http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1509 You could try it though - Wind's procedures seem a bit random to me and it might work. Be aware though that the error message it sends when it annuls the order is misleading (it's rubbish in fact.) If you can still use the card you may be able to get someone in Italy to buy a top-up, send you the number, and for you to send it to 4242. (I think that's the way it works, if not one of our Italian friends will no doubt correct me.) Dave |

![]() it's true!
the only way to top up wind card without scratch card is with mondowind.it or you can buy a wind scratch in Italy and call 4242 (you can heard it in italian and alsop in english of course...) |
