![]() Same here with the UPS tracking. I guess things are turning for the better. Cizake also promised me on Friday to take care of it by today (Monday) and he did.
The only "hiccup" is that I didn't get the original Ohio # I chose. It is still within the same area code and prefix (567-252-xxxx), but it is different from my original choice. I guess I really don't care since the way I am going to use it is to forward my regular US mobile phone to the Ohio # when I am out of the country. This way everyone can still call me with my regular mobile # and I don't have to give out yet another #. An interesting question would be, what happened to all those non-Ohio DID # they had problem with? I wonder did anyone with a tracking # today got any non-Ohio #. From my perspective, I think I would have tolerated a lot more from this company if they did NOT immediately charged my credit without delivering a product. I would have no problem waiting if they were upfront about it and kept all customers in the loop. Yes, I had recourse with my CC company if things did not turn out, but I rather not have to resort to chargeback and such. I think charging the customer first and answer questions later sends the wrong message. In summary, it took them almost a whole month to deliver a product (I ordered on June 20th). Oh, according to the tracking, the package is coming from Israel. I hope everything works out (considering the uncertainty in the area). |

![]() Yes, I did get a non-Ohio (Illinois) number. I got the number I selected. Cizake also included the number in his email. Yep! the tracking also indicated it was coming from Israel. I actually called the number and I got the same recording that was mentioned in one of the other posts. To leave a message for some number with a lot of zeros. :P

![]() I'm glad to hear that several of you have made some progress with YM.
On Friday, I sent an email to Florian, aka, Cizake with a copy to support@yackiemobile.com and even infos@yackie.com and have received no response. That was my third email - the vehicle customers are told to use because the people on the phones and chat lines can't help you. Currently, the transaction on my credit card is in dispute. The issuer will intervene to resolve it. I hope you receive your SIMs and are satisfied with them. You are more patient and understanding than me. I will not give my business to a firm that doesn't respond to their customers and charges them for a product they very well know they are having difficulty shipping. This week I will order a SIM from one of their competitors that will more than likely be a far better experience. ![]() |

![]() Just wanted to mention that my sim/package has been delivered. Pretty fast shipping if you ask me. I will check it out later today when I get home.

However, with all the backup orders they must have, if I decided to get one of these for a trip beginning on 23 August, I might be cutting it awfully close. Dang. Karen |
