![]() Hi guys. Thanks for all the helpful tips. The mom called me today to say that she had the wrong number. (that actually makes no sense since I called the same number this morning and got her daughter's personalized VM greeting).
In any event, the problem appears to be solved, although it's not clear what happened. I'm just happy the SIM functions properly now. By the way, United Mobile was EXCELLENT throughout all this.
