YES, but it might take several messages. You need local (Jordan) call in #, PIN and possibly other codes - with ATT you need the 10 digit US ATT call in #.
Why can't you call HER? She can go to internet cafe and send you her hotel # via email, no? Or maybe they have call shops as in Europe. Or she can buy or borrow a Jordanian cell, no? Good luck.
