I have often dealt with call4t on Ebay and never had any problems.
I have one of these cards myself and will be purchasing a refill before I depart. As I understand it, you cannot use the UM site to top up. Must buy a refill from him or there is another German seller of refills. He or someone else was offering multiple cards starting at 9.99 and they went begging recently.
