I've pointed out to them it's impossible to use the service as I don't know what the rates are for using it. (the website describes a now non-existant postpaid service).

The way they behave, you'd think their customer service came from an ex-soviet state monopoly (or were trained by Skype). Avoid them.

(yes, I've just noticed thay say I am on "post-paid" - the sort of post-paid where they charge in advance, presumably).
I talked with the guy in german.
He told me that they charge 25$ at once and wait till you used up the money. Then they charge 25$ again (or once a month if you use more than 25$).
The problem was that they had many customers with a few cent each month which makes the credit card billing very expensive.

Just for info - i also dont think its good to do such changes without informing the customers in advance.
