The same feature is in Poland - all the ops require a Polish billing address for the card (and top-up pages are in Polish only - an extra "protection"

The funniest thing that they allow international cards issued in Poland not only with logos of Visa, MC, DC and Amex but also JCB - but there are no Polish JCB cards and I doubt if they ever appear lol:

Hmm, I guess that there may be some issue with extra charges for international transactions and/or possibly longer waiting time for authorisation of the transaction :unsure: :
