Very likely the sim. My first riiing sim (laying around somewhere in the house) displayed the same thing in both my V551 and 3120. I knew it had to be the sim, so I ordered another one and it worked without any problems in both phones. I'll have to look for the defective sim and see if I can get a refund from riiing.
