My hop sim will expire in July, so I was starting to look around to see if there was any system to recharge @ less than 50 $ (the 25$ scratch card costs 46$, considering shipping)!

Surprise! Visiting the Italian distributor website (hopmobile.net, which in the past, however, has proved to be not very reliable - since there were some mistakes in the tarif) I honestly had to check if I had ended up on UM's website by mistake!

The tarifs described there are 60/60, no incoming charges in European Countries, increasing incoming charges according to the country (starting 19 cents).

Hopmobile's official website, however, is unchanged...

hopmobile.net is s**t, it has nothing to do with HopMobile offer, it's just a rebranded Riiing, with many mistakes, nothing else. The problem for Hop is that they didn't register their brand, so anyone can use that brand like these Italians did...

hmm... I can certainly agree to the first part of your comment...

But as to the second part (the "nothing to do") someone ought to tell this to hopmobile, since they, themselves, put a link to hopmobile.net on their website (under "distributors").

So basically hopmobile is advertising UM ???

Wow, I didn't know that! I think it would be better for them to take a look at that site...

Effendi is right.

On the Faq of the site you can see that:

10. Where (in which country) is this number located?
+423 is the country code for Liechtenstein.[B]

This makes me think that hop is not going too well. Am I mistaken or hop is no longer sold on Telestial?

Hop hasn't been sold by Telestial for over a year now. That is why I am running down how much I have on the card. I will be in London next week . I will try to get GT-sim up and running. I am having problems here in the states with it.
