In RSM you have only TIM (brand TMS, but it's the ITALIAN network with code 222 01), Vodafone Italy and wind! So if you pay in Italy you pay in RSM too because it's the same thing! Same mistake with France and Monaco... France is free, but not Monaco! This is impossible, too...
