![]() This probably affects few people, but virtual SMS provider FishText is shutting down. The email notice I just received mentions nothing about refunding credit for users with a remaining balance. I'm wondering if they have any legal obligation to do so, or if they can just keep the money and shut down.
Anyone with any info on this, or if you know another forum where this is being discussed, please let me know. |

I read about it on another forum, and have sent in a support query this evening. edit: reply this morning saying refund info email next week (same as #2 above) |

![]() They've emailed some people, again not including me, to say refunds can be claimed after September 7th (end of service on 6th) by email.
I'll post a copy if anyone wants edit: I've sent a new support query to CLX, to ask that refund info be sent to me and to all accounts. |
