How to activate a portable wifi with TIM

Hoping someone can help! Bought a portable wifi from TIM store and scratched the pin and puk. Can't figure out how to activate though! I have not got a phone connected over here. Can I do it online? Please note I do not know Italian!

I would suggest that you go back to the stoere where you bought it and ask for activation.
Note that you need a "Code Fiscale" (italian tax number) in order to get this done, but usually the shop staff can help you to get this online.
