3G Provider in Chiang Mai, Thailan

I'm going to be in Chiang Mai, Thailand for about 2 weeks next month and I'm looking for a good deal on sim card with 3G (and voice) coverage for that area. From what I can figure out i-Mobile3GX appears to offer the best rates, but their website is a mess and I can't figure out where to buy the card.

I will be passing through Don Mueang airport in Bangkok, so I could look for a card there. Otherwise, I'll need to buy one when I arrive in Chiang Mai. Does anybody know if I can purchased the i-Mobile card anywhere in Chiang Mai?

Otherwise, does anybody have a suggestion for which sim to buy?

Nobody has any info about prepaid in Vietnam??

Might be a bit late but I saw True Move heavily promoting in the North of Thailand, so I'd say that would be a good choice.
