Did you know that the Tooglemobile all calls to +44 costs just £ 0.03, is the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey etc, all cost £ 0.03?

I don't think so. There's a list of exceptions, including some though not all island prefixes

My apologies. I found the page I mentioned and took it at face value without any testing

However, please note my comment "including some though not all island prefixes" [on that exclusion list]. So to clarify what I said, after the confusion I caused about exclusion/inclusion, the island numbers aren't all excluded from being 3p, but one or two might be (i.e. 07924, 07624 @ 23p).

Andy, I called the number 00447924-3 and the cost me 0:03 c,
toggle does not make a difference for Isle of Man, Guernsey or Jersey normal mobile number or Landline.
