I don't know a whole lot, but it is run by Lycamobile and people who use it have no complaints. Allegedly more data bundles are coming to more country. Additional, Toggle country include most Toggle countries, but not the US. I wouldn't be surprised to see us get added soon.

Toggle isn't that great a deal if you are not in a Toggle Country. Additionally, their minimal usage is greater than some of their competitors.
